Steps to apply to IISER

1) Online registration:

Candidates must register at the IISER admission 2020 portal (www.iiseradmission.in).
The following details are required to register:
a) Name (as mentioned in the 10+2 mark sheet)
b) A valid email ID and password

Following the registration, a verification email is sent to the candidate’s email ID. Once the candidate successfully verifies, he or she can log in and continue to the next step of the application procedure.

2) Filling the application form

Candidates can apply from multiple channels viz., SCB, JEE, and KVPY. It is important to note that application forms and fees are different for each channel.

Details to be filled in the form are:

Personal details: Name, date of birth, religion, category, disability status, guardian’s name, etc.
Academic details: Subject-wise marks scored in 10+2 and the name of the board.

Preference for the IISER campus

3) Upload photo of 2 MB size and PNG/JPG/BMP format

4) Choose Yes/No under the ‘Float’ option

5) Pay entrance exam application fee
Candidates must pay the application fee online via the secure payment gateway on the official application website.
