Counselling
Highlights
- The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) publishes dates and ranks of eligible candidates and the list of helpline centers on its official website.
- The eligible candidates will be able to attend all the processes of counselling. Those who do not get their certificates verified will not be eligible for seat allotment.
- Certificate verification:
- This step involves candidates getting their documents verified by concerned authorities. The candidate is expected to bring the following certificates/documents for verification purpose:
- AP ECET 2019 Admit Card
- AP ECET 2019 Score/Rank Card
- 10th, 10+2 or diploma certificate
- Caste certificate
- 10th and 10+2 mark sheet
- Category certificate (General/SC/ST/OBC/Others)
- Transfer certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Migration certificate
- Character certificate
Web Counselling
- The first step is to register for online counselling. The candidate has to log in to the official website
(apecet.nic.in) with his/her Registration number as user id and password. - Counselling dates are allotted for web counselling based on the candidate’s rank.
- Candidates can select their choice(s) of institutions/stream(s) according to their rank position in the merit list.
- The candidate needs to get **documents verified.
- Once verification is over, candidates have to pay the counselling fee.
- Once the above steps are completed, candidates need to select their choice of college from the list given on the official website and freeze it.
- The seat allotment letter is sent on the candidate’s registered email address and mobile number.
- Once the seat is allotted, candidates need to physically visit the college for completing admission formalities on the assigned date and time with their original documents.
